Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of teaching aids as a source of learning mathematics in supporting and increasing students' knowledge. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this study was a teacher in the field of mathematics at the State Junior High School 2 Bima City. This research is focused on the use of teaching aids by teachers as a source of learning mathematics. To obtain valid data accuracy in the study, the researcher used the following instruments: Interview (Interview) via mobile phone with a class teacher who teaches mathematics subjects which aims to obtain data directly from the research site. The results of the study indicate that the use of teaching aids in schools has not been used optimally, so to further maximize the use of teaching aids, it is expected that the principal's role in monitoring teachers and students to use teaching aids is expected.

Abstract

This paper examines the tendency of interactive learning and how the steps are implemented to increase students' understanding of what is being studied, because the development of education in schools is growing day by day so that it undergoes changes, learning demands will always be adapted to these developments Therefore, the implementation of interactive learning is one way to make changes in the learning process. Interactivity is a characteristic of multimedia learning programs and the level of interactivity will determine how intense student involvement is in understanding learning, for conditions like this the presence of learning media is very useful, in such a position.

Abstract

Era digitalisasi merupakan upaya yang sangat nyata yang akan di hadapi oleh lembaga pendidikan sekarang ditandai dengan kemajuan teknologi pada sisi tuntutan perkembangan mutu yang telah berlangsung, sehingga ketercapaiannnya pada perubahan sosial dan budaya masyarakat sekolah secara signifikan. Sehingga dari persoalan ini pendidikan harus berada pada manajerial pendidikan yang mampu merespon arah perubahan tersebut. Sehingga manajemen pendidikan yang berbasis digitalisasi sebagai upaya penting yang harus di dorong sebagai kekuatan masa depan lembaga dan mutu SDM nya yang memadai. Sebab pandemi virus korona (covid-19) membuat dunia pendidikan harus beradaptasi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Dengan segera memoles manajemen pendidikan kearah digitalisasi. Kemajuan tekhnologi dan informasi sangatlah penting dalam aspek strategi digitalisasi pembelajaran, digitalisasi infrastruktur, admintrasi berbasis digital dan perubahan budaya lokal menuju budaya internasional based on digital yang bermanfaat. untuk menembus perubahan pendidikan ke arah yang lebih tepat diera revolusi indutri 4.0. Sebab hal ini merupakan tuntutan didunia pendidikan masa sekarang yang harus diperhatikan secara baik dan secara saksama.

Abstract

This paper examines the concept of language acquisition and its implications for language learning, in particular by dialogueing the theories of acquisition and learning put forward by experts. The problem that will be discussed in this paper is how humans acquire language and how they learn it, as humans acquire the true language that is how humans learn language, because language is an innate ability that humans have. Education and learning will tend to lose their spirit if in practice its implementation is not done based on need assessment, analysis of appropriate approaches and theories. Therefore, the concept of acquisition presented in this paper aims to provide an overview of the main framework of language learning for educators, learners/ learners discuss, so that it can contribute in determining methodological steps such as what to do to achieve the desired language learning targets.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the principles and design models in learning and using a library approach. This paper is useful to help determine a learning model. There are several things that need to be considered before choosing a learning model, including identifying problems and setting learning objectives, determining and analyzing student character, identifying material and analyzing components of learning tasks related to achieving learning objectives, setting specific learning objectives for students, making systematics delivery of learning materials systematically and logically, designing learning strategies, determining methods for delivering subject matter, developing evaluation instruments, selecting sources that can support learning activities.
